What is POUNCE?
POUNCE is our registration process for all newly admitted freshmen. Using preferences you indicate on your POUNCE form, an advisor will register you for classes based on those preferences, your chosen major and available courses.
Early participation is the way to go!
Please note that POUNCE is for newly admitted freshmen only.
In order to take advantage of POUNCE early registration, your $200 non-refundable admissions confirmation deposit must be paid. Confirmation deposit information was included in your acceptance package and may also be found here. Please allow up to two business days for the credit of your confirmation deposit to be processed.
POUNCE is split into two sessions, with system maintenance occurring between the two. During either of our two sessions of POUNCE registration, you can record your selection of coursework for fall semester 2009.
Information will be posted to www.gcsu.edu/pounce in the winter of 2009.
