GLIMPSE Diversity Weekend

January 29-30, 2010

Visit Georgia College for GLIMPSE Diversity Day. It's an opportunity for students to learn first-hand about the Georgia College experience and participate in workshops given by GCSU faculty and staff members. The event is open to high school juniors and seniors who meet the qualifications outlined below.

Program Requirements
In order to participate in the program, students should meet the following criteria:
• Be a high school junior or senior working toward a College Prep Curriculum.  (Preference is given to seniors.)
• Seniors should have at least 2.5 GPA, 980 SAT Critical Reading and Math subscore or 20 composite score on the ACT.
• Juniors should have at least 3.0 GPA.

Transportation
Georgia College has organized transportation from Atlanta and Augusta for students in these cities who need transportation.

Cost
The cost to attend the program is $25. This nominal fee will include dinner, a souvenir, and all social events. Housing accommodations will be provided for students who will be traveling from outside the local area. Fee does not include accommodations for parents.
