Creating a Positive Classroom Environment

Understanding the gifts and strengths of your coaching partner is the first step toward setting the tone for the PA classroom. Our best feature, we have discovered, is our ability to make an inspirational classroom. Our best strengths lie within each other, and we work powerfully as a team. We are able to create immersive games to play with our class that engage them, and best of all, they seem to latch on to the lesson at hand with little to no effort. Our video illustrates some of our favorite team building and self-awareness activities.
