Georgia College & State University, Georgia's Public Liberal Arts University is located in Milledgeville, GA. GC is one the the American Democracy Project founding institutions. Times Talk is one of the Georgia College's most successful ADP programs and provides a weekly opportunity to discuss current events by bringing students, professors, staff , and community members together.
