Blackbird Coffee

WHAT SMALL BATCH ROASTED COFFEE MEANS...
BLACKBIRD COFFEE is a small batch roaster offering the
freshest premium coffees from the world's best coffee  regions.
Our 15 Kilogram (33 pound) AMBEX Roaster allows us the
unique ability to roast with demand.  Our Roast Master,
Don Harris, roasts all of our imported coffees 20 pounds at
a time.  This means, we CONSTANTLY & CONSISTENTLY have
 FRESH ROASTED COFFEE on hand.
Unlike most large volume coffee roasters, whose coffees
have been stored, packaged, boxed, loaded on a truck,
driven, unloaded, warehoused, boxed again, shipped again,
unloaded again, then put upon a shelf for weeks or months
awaiting consumption, we at BLACKBIRD COFFEE may roast
ten times a week to meet demand or we may roast only
 three times a week.
 Experience our PASSION FOR FRESHNESS
& TASTE THE DIFFERENCE for yourself!

A message from Blackbird:
"If you have been in Blackbird at any time during the last week, you should have noted a change in the artwork. Some of the pieces are large some are small, but they are all interesting and thought provoking. They are the product of TaeYoun Kim- Kassor's art classes at GC&SU.

The artists will be showing there artwork for the month of December, but the they will only have one art talk. Be sure not to miss the chance to aswk questions about the artwork.

Hope to see you there!

p.s. IT'S FREE!!!"
