Undergraduate

Tuition and fees are set by the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia.

Effective Fall 2006 through Fall 2008, freshmen, University System of Georgia (USG) transfer students, transient students, and non degree-seeking students entering any USG research, regional, or state university will pay a guaranteed  tuition rate for four years (12 consecutive semesters).  For additional information regarding tuition rates and frequently asked questions go to: http://www.usg.edu/student_affairs/tuition/.

If you are awarded financial aid, please view the "Cost of Attendance" rates which includes costs paid directly to Georgia College and also indirect costs that you may incur while attending school.

Affordability

Whether you're in Georgia or from another state or country, Georgia College is an affordable option.  Many Georgia students take advantage of the HOPE Scholarship.  For students living outside the state, tuition is lower than many of the comparable public or private university options.  And since GCSU participates in the University System of Georgia's Guaranteed Tuition Plan, tuition for a new freshman is held constant for 12 consecutive semesters - a nice feature to help you plan your budget!
