Alumni Networking Database
Through Career Connection, the Career Center is implementing a database of alumni mentors who register to help students with their job search. Mentors who sign-up in the database choose how students may contact them.
To become a mentor, register at www.myinterfase.com/gcsu/mentor. Alumni who would also like to search other mentors may do so by registering in the Career Connection Job Search Database for Students and Alumni.
Posting Jobs and Internships for GCSU Students
Career Connection also provides an online job posting system for employers wishing to connect with GCSU students. If your company is hiring, it's free for your human resources staff to post positions. As students upload their resumes, you can also use the system to search students who want employers to contact them directly about positions. To use this system as an employer, register in our Career Connection Employer Database and then link to "My Jobs" to begin posting positions.
Recruiting On Campus
Career fair registrations are also handled through Career Connection. The Career Center currently coordinates three on campus career fairs each year: Graduate School Fair, Nursing & Health Careers Fair, and the GCSU Career Expo. For more information about these events, visit our Career Fair information page. Registration is available through the employer side of Career Connection.
