The University Career Center is a university wide service that is available for all students and alumni, regardless of major.

Pam Spires, Administrative Assistant Pam joined the staff in 2007 after working in the Registrar's office for nine years. Pam greets all initial visitors and callers and works with both students and employers to determine which staff member will best serve their individual needs. In addition to scheduling student appointments, Pam assists with our internship paperwork and maintaining departmental records. |

Mary Roberts, Director Mary has led the University Career Center since 2007 and has worked in the career services and higher education field for over ten years. In addition to managing the department, she also advises students about the graduate school application process and works with seniors and alumni during the job search. Mary has a M.Ed. in Student Personnel Services from the University of South Carolina and a B.A. in English from Presbyterian College. Mary is the current chair of the University System Committee for Career Services and the Georgia Careers Consortium. |

Jennifer Cash, Assistant Director Jennifer has worked at GC since 2003 and coordinates our Career Peer Advisor program and workshop programs. Jennifer meets with seniors and alumni on the job search as well as underclassmen who are seeking resume and career exploration services. Jennifer has a B.A. in Communication from Mercer University and previously was a Re-Employment Unit Specialist with the Georgia Department of Labor. |

Sarah Schanck, Job Development Consultant Sarah joined the staff in 2010 and works directly with employers who want to recruit at Georgia College. In addition to coordinating campus interviews and networking events such as our Senior Picnic, Sarah also provides advisement services to our graduates students. Sarah has a B.B.A. in Marketing and Management from Mercer University and previously worked as a Community Manager for the American Cancer Society. |

Michelle Berg, Internship Coordinator Michelle has been at GC since 2008 and works with our university internship programs. In addition to preparing students for the internship search, she also works with students as they explore majors and career options. She also serves as a liaison between students, faculty, and employers during the internship process. Michelle is a National Certified Counselor and has a M.S. and Education Specialist in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University as well as a B.S. in Psychology from Agnes Scott College. |

Daniel Morris, Graduate Assistant Daniel has been at GC since 2008. He graduated in 2012 with a B.B.A. in Management and is working towards his Master of Management Information Systems degree. He primarily works with business school students, reviewing resumes and office technology. |
