The Career Center encourages students to use our resources in person as much as possible, but we do have a variety of information that you can access online at your convenience.

Exploring Majors and Careers Before you meet with a career adviser to talk about your career options, we encourage you to complete Focus 2. This career interest inventory will match your interests, skills, values, and personality with majors and careers.
Resume Writing & Career Handouts
Through the Career Resource Library on Career Connection, you can download our resume writing packets as well as handouts on interviewing, preparing for career fairs, networking with employers, creating an elevator pitch, and much more. To access the resource library, register in Career Connection and link the Career Resource Library. Information is organized in topical folders. Students in the College of Business also have access to Optimal Resume. Contact us for access to this resource.
Job and Internship Postings
Through Career Connection, we post hundreds of jobs and internships from employers each month. If you are looking for a job of jobs or employers that hire GC students and alumni, Career Connection provides this information and much more.
When you cannot meet with an adviser in person to practice your interview skills, we recommend that you use InterviewStream. If you have a strong internet connection and a webcam, you can record yourself answering pre-recorded interview questions. You can also request that a career adviser review your answers and provide feedback.
