INTRODUCTION

The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) is a faculty-driven organization, advised by a steering committee of faculty members from the various colleges. CETL brings together the work of our faculty in several areas, including the faculty development workshops, international education, instructional technology, new faculty orientation, experiential education, high-impact pedagogies and practices (such as problem-based learning, service learning, and simulations), interdisciplinary teaching, and undergraduate research. CETL also handles the logistics connected with faculty research grants and faculty teaching and service awards.
