MBC TV-4 (Milledgeville/Baldwin County Government Access Television) 

MBC TV-4

MBC TV-4 is the Milledgeville/Baldwin County Governmental/Educational Access Cable Channel on local Charter Communications.

It has been managed and operated by University Television since 1993 by special agreement with the City of Milledgeville.

Milledgeville's bi-monthly City Council meetings are broadcast live every 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. The meetings are recorded for replay on the channel each day at the same time until the next live meeting.

MBC TV-4 provides information about the services of the City, special community and non-profit event information, and additional governmental and educational programming.

Community announcements to be considered for airing must fit the following criteria:

Free and open to the public for the citizens of Milledgeville and Baldwin County.
Only local events will be considered, excluding religious, commercial and/or classified advertisements.

To ensure that your announcement is published,  please give 2-3 weeks advance notice and make sure you have included the following: 

• a start and end date for the slide to run
• a contact name and number for more information
• a picture or logo attachment to identify the organization or the event
