Director of Broadcasting
Bill has over 25 years of experience in the Film, Music, Radio and Television industries.
His extensive works in these areas have included production, engineering and operations management. During his tenure at Georgia College, he has overseen the student radio station, audio-visual support services, and the television studio. He has served as producer/director of many campus and community video productions. Bill holds a BBA in Management from the J. Whitney Bunting College of Business and is the current Director of Broadcasting, overseeing University Television, WRGC 88.3 FM and the campus cable system. He is a member of the Georgia Association of Broadcasters, the SouthEast Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors and the Government Station Programmers Network of Georgia.
Bill is married to April, a graduate of GC's Master of Special Education and Leadership program who serves as an instructor and Special Ed placement supervisor for the John H. Lounsbury College of Education.
Bill enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, living the lake life, traveling, and is an avid supporter of Georgia football, Georgia music and Memphis BBQ.
Television Production Manager/Video Producer
Stacey Lumley was born in Macon, Ga. In 1999 he completed his course work and graduated with a B.A. in Mass Communication. Prior to working for MPR, Stacey worked for Cox Communication, Hawkins Media, spending time in commercial and multi-camera productions. Stacey is very proficient in camera operation, digital video editing, and is certified with Apple on Final Cut Pro and is a certified steady cam operator. He has worked full time for UTV since 2000. Stacey lives in Macon with his wife Rebecca, a Georgia College Mass Communication graduate, and their son Rhett. In his spare time, Stacey enjoys live music and knocking around on his family farm.
Video Support Specialist
Chris Brown has been with University Television since January 2005. He is a 2003 graduate of Georgia College with a B.A. in Mass Communication. His duties at University Television Resources include; managing the television studio, videotaping and editing events around campus and in the community, and assisting students with assignments. Born in Augusta, Ga, and raised in nearby Harlem, Ga, Chris now lives in Milledgeville with his wife Lauren LaFavor Brown, a 2004 graduate of GC and their new son Gage. Hobbies include photography and listening to music.

Director of Marketing and Publications
Victoria Fowler is the Director of Marketing and Publications for Georgia College and handles the review and design of publications on campus, as well as develops comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for campus clients. She began her career at Georgia College in 2011 as Marketing Manager for Auxiliary Services. Prior to joining Georgia College, she held the positions of Director of Marketing for SF Communities and Director of Marketing and Promotions for Cumulus Broadcasting of Macon, Georgia. She has a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing and Management from Mercer University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Georgia College.
Aubrie L. Sofala graduated from Georgia College in May 2012 with a BA in Mass Communication, concentrating in print with a minor in photography. After a brief stint working for Cumulus Media in Atlanta, she joined The Office of University Communications as a marketing communication specialist. Outside of the office, Aubrie is a world traveler and a bookstore enthusiast.
A graduate of Georgia College, Tim Vacula handles all photography needs of the campus. He has worked at the university since 1997.
Brittiny Barber Johnson
Manager of Media Relations
Brittiny Barber Johnson joined the Communications team after several years in television news. She graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2008, with a B.S. in Broadcasting. After a two year stint at KTXS in Abilene, TX, she moved back to her native state to work as a television reporter in Macon. That brought her valuable experience in all aspects of news from producing to reporting and videography. Those skills will help her work with the media as they cover events on campus. Brittiny is proud to be a part of University Communications and work for the alma-mater of her husband Donald Johnson, a former Georgia College baseball player. She enjoys Atlanta Braves baseball, traveling and anything outdoors.

A native of Macon, Ga., Mark Misinco is a graduate of Georgia College, achieving a Masters in Management Information Systems.
