Mindfulness Group: This group is designed to help students with recurrent depression and anxiety. Mindfulness is a holistic approach to stress management and the treatment of depression and anxiety. Over the course of an 8-week structured program, group members will learn awareness exercises and cognitive techniques designed to help them deal with depression and anxiety and increase their feeling of control and direction in their daily lives. Contact Counseling Services for more information.
