Georgia College & State University, Georgia’s Public Liberal Arts University is located in Milledgeville, GA. GCSU is one the the American Democracy Project’s founding institutions. Times Talk is one of the University’s most successful ADP programs and provides a weekly opportunity to discuss current events by bringing students, professors, and staff together.
