Awards, Scholarships and Financial Aid

Awards: Established in memory of Margaret Harvin Wilson, Class of 1934, the Margaret Harvin Wilson Writing Award is designed for students to explore new worlds. As a senior of then-Georgia State College for Women, Wilson won The Corinthian short story contest with "Sympathy Speaks." The $1,000 prize is awarded annually for original works of drama, poetry, or short story submitted by undergraduate students studying the arts, humanities, social sciences, and physical sciences at Georgia College.
