Welcome
Welcome to the Georgia College Cultural Center! We aim to provide support for our underrepresented student populations by offering services, programs, and enrichment opportunities that encourage student success. The Cultural Center is a place where students can meet other students of various backgrounds and embrace the diversity that we strive to increase here at Georgia College.
Several student organizations have headquarters within the Cultural Center, including the Black Student Alliance, PRIDE Alliance, Latino Student Association, and Art as an Agent for Change. We also offer mentorship programs which have been proven as positive factors toward student success at Georgia College. The Cultural Center also provides cultural heritage programming, multicultural resources, and consultation regarding issues of diversity.
Located in the Ann-Simpson Smith House (on Greene Street, between Parkhurst and Wells Hall), we envision becoming an epicenter of activity, information, and empowerment for anyone wishing to diversify their Georgia College experience. Come pay us a visit….we guarantee your time will be well spent!
