Membership
Students
Because all GCSU students are required to pay a "Student Health Fee" each semester, additional payment is not required in order to use the Wellness Depot or participate in wellness programs. Prior to using the facility, students must complete the Orientation Packet (Informed Consent and Release of Liability (pdf), PAR-Q (pdf) and Rules & Regulations (pdf)). Each student must present his or her VALID BOBCAT ID upon entering the facility. An alphabetized box is available for students to keep their cards while working out; however, we recommend that individuals retain possession of their Bobcat cards while in the facility. Please note: No children, other relatives, or guests will be allowed use of the equipment. Walking tours of the Wellness Depot facility are welcome during normal operating hours.
Employees
The Wellness Depot offers memberships to current GCSU Faculty and Staff and their spouse or domestic partner. Employees interested in using the facility must first complete the Orientation Packet (Informed Consent and Release of Liability (pdf), PAR-Q (pdf) and Rules & Regulations (pdf) and the Payroll Deduction form (available at the Wellness Depot). Once all forms are returned to the Depot, a membership card will be issued. Admittance will not permitted without membership card. Please note: No children, other relatives, or guests will be allowed use of the equipment. Walking tours of the Wellness Depot facility are welcome during normal operating hours.
