Personal Training Policies

Clients must commit to a minimum of two (2), one-hour training sessions each week. Additional sessions may be agreed upon by the client and trainer with no additional cost.

Please be ready to begin your session at the scheduled time. If a client is running late for a session, the session will conclude at 60 min. from the initial scheduled appointment time. The trainer is not required to stay past the initial hour that was scheduled.

Full payment is due before the first training session.  Payment should be submitted to Laura Childs at the Wellness Depot. Accepted forms of payment include cash and check.  Please make checks payable to Georgia College & State University.
