Para Transit

Para-transit is an alternative mode of flexible passenger transportation that does not follow fixed routes or schedules. Disability Services and Parking and Transportation Services are now partnering to provide expanded services to individuals experiencing permanent or limited mobility issues.   Using a combination of ADA equipped shuttles and ADA equipped golf cart, qualified students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors can be transported from their vehicles or other campus points of origin to handicap accessible entrances.

If unable to drive: Register with our office for Para-transit assistance.

First, for Disability Services to provide assistance, we need to have a completed Request for Services Form (pdf) completed and a letter from your doctor as documentation indicating the injury, limitations, accommodation recommendations, and time frame estimation.

Second, we need you to complete and return a Para-transit Scheduling Form (pdf) that we need completed so we can have staff allocated for those times and locations.
