Governance for Early College is the Early College Council

Charge
The Early College Council (ECC) will approve all personnel actions prior to their submission to Baldwin County.  ECC includes the Superintendent of Baldwin Schools, the Superintendent of Putnam County Schools, a representative from Oconee RESA, Dean of the John H. Lounsbury School of Education,  Dean of GCSU's School of Liberal Arts and Sciences, an Early College parent, a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Milledgeville, John H. Lounsbury who is the NMSA Publications Director, and a representative of the Georgia P-16 Early College staff. 

The ECC will review program assessment data, student assessment data, financial and resource management, personnel performance, and overall Early College performance in meeting local goals and grant goals. The ECC will provide guidance and support in the community and ensure adequate resources and collaboration needed to make EC successful. The ECC will be responsible for ensuring the sustainability of Early College.
