Outstanding Program Majors - Ed. S.
The Outstanding Program Major is chosen by faculty members. The award is given to the program completer who best represents the ideals of the program. Criteria for this award are developed by each individual program and may include service to the College of Education, amount of community involvement, Mentor Leader and Host Teacher evaluations, portfolios and presentations, etc. Criteria used to select these nominees are articulated in the nomination that is forwarded to the Dean.
