Our trainings are targeted at changing attitudes. The Office of Institutional Equity (OIED) provides training by request to departments on such EEO related issues as:
- Sexual harassment
- Inclusive community
- Cross-cultural communications
- Discrimination prevention
- Affirmative action
- Diversity recruiting
- Special EEO-related "discussions" for faculty groups that may be incorporated into department and chair meetings.
- Co-trainings offered by members of both OIED and HR in the areas of diversity as it permits to recruitment and selection.
