Georgia Services Cancelable Loans
You should be serious about your selected field. If you do not complete your degree program or if you choose not to work in Georgia for a certain period, you will be responsible for the amount of any loans accumulated, along with the interest. Depending upon the program, service cancellation is at the rate of $1,500 - $3,000 a year. In general, a student may only participate in one service cancelable loan program at a time. Since these programs are designed to fill critical needs within the state, if you leave the state before your service obligation period ends, you will be required to repay any outstanding loan balances in cash.
