The Peyton Anderson Scholarship
The Peyton Anderson Scholarship is available to Central Georgia students who are pursuing an undergraduate degree and are enrolled full-time. It is available for students matriculating at one of ten schools including Georgia College. There is an application deadline which varies each year. Gates Millenium Scholars
The Gates Millennium Scholars Program offers scholarships to 1,000 students each year that are good-through-graduation at an college or university. The GMS Online Application deadline for the 2015-2016 year is January 14, 2015. To apply go to www.gmsp.org.
Hispanic Scholarship Fund
The Hispanic Scholarship Fund offers information on several scholarship opportunities for students with Hispanic heritage. The deadlines for each scholarship vary. For more information on each scholarship visit www.hsf.net.
Ty Cobb Scholarship
The Ty Cobb Educational Foundation offers scholarships for undergraduate students who are residents of Georgia. Applications have to demonstrate financial need, and have completed at least 30 semester hours with a “B” average or higher. All forms required for applying must be submitted by June 15, 2015.
