Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Performance in International Studies
- Status: current enrollment at GCSU
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Involvement in some aspect of campus life that seeks to promote the internationalization of the college experience, e.g., membership in the International Club
- Shows promise to continue in international studies
- Contact the International Education Center for further instructions regarding the application procedure
Global Scholars Alumni Fund Grants
- Status: Freshman to graduate; Male or female; Any major
- Provide primarily non-academic emergency financial aid to students who are non-US citizens studying at GCSU or GCSU students studying abroad
- Separate grant application obtained from and submitted directly to International Education Center
- Full-time enrollment for both semesters for the coming academic year
Guy Herbert Wells Alumni Scholarship
- Status: freshman to graduate students participating in a Study Abroad program
- Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
- Full-time enrollment for both semesters of the academic year
- Separate study abroad scholarship application obtained from and submitted directly to the International Education Center
Hoy Taylor International Scholars Alumni Scholarship
- Status: freshman to graduate international students
- Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
- Full-time enrollment for both semesters of the academic year
Virginia Daniel Weir Alumni Scholarship
- Status: freshman to graduate students participating in a study abroad program
- Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
- Full-time enrollment for both semesters of the academic year
- Separate study abroad scholarship application obtained from and submitted directly to the International Education Center
- Awards available for students and faculty
- Scholarship administered by the Assistant VP for International Studies
