Telephone
You can make a gift by telephone using your American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover card by calling (478) 445-5400 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Mail
Personal or business checks may be written to Georgia College Foundation and mailed to:

Please designate how you wish to direct your gift in the memo field.

Pledges
Gifts may be pledged for a one-time payment or multiple payments over a designated period of time. Pledge reminders will be sent periodically during the fiscal year.

Payroll Deduction for GC Employees
Georgia College employees may choose to contribute to the GC Foundation by filling out a payroll deduction form(pdf), which the Foundation to draw pre-tax payments from employees monthly or bi-monthly salary at any level determined by the donor.

Corporate Matching Gifts
Double -- or even triple -- your gift to Georgia College. Many companies will match dollar-for-dollar, and in some cases double or triple, charitable gifts made by their employees. The process for submitting a matching gift request differs from company to company. Contact your company's human resources officer or check their web site to find out what your options are.

Electronic Stock Transfer
The Georgia College Foundation greatly appreciates gifts of stock. If you are interested in transferring securities to the foundation, please forward the following information to your financial advisor:

Ways of Giving

Outright Gifts/Cash
You can make a cash gift by check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express).

Multiple Payments
You can make a gift by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express) or directly from your bank account.

Matching Gifts
Your employer may match the gift you make to Georgia College.

Gifts of Stock/Securities
By making a gift of appreciated securities, you can receive an income-tax charitable deduction for the full market value of the appreciated securities if they have been held for at least one year (or for your cost basis if they have been held for less than one year), and you can avoid capital gains tax on the transfer.

Tributes & Memorial Gifts
Leave your own legacy on campus or make a tribute in honor of someone special through one of the various naming opportunities available through the Georgia College Foundation.
