"Obama's East Asia Security Game"
Dr. Jean Garrison, Director of Global and Area Studies and Professor of Political Science, University of Wyoming

Dr. Garrison is an expert on U.S.-China relations, energy security, presidential foreign policy advisory systems, and foreign-policy decision-making dynamics. She is the author of China and the Energy Equation in Asia: Determinants of Policy Choice; Making China Policy: Nixon to S.W. Bush; and Games Advisors Play: Foreign Policy in the Nixon and Carter Administrations; and numerous articles.  She is the past recipient of a Council on Foreign Relations International Affairs fellowship and has worked in the Office of Chinese and Mongolian Affairs in the U.S. State Department and with the Mansfield Foundation in Washington, DC.

Dr. Bryozoans is a Ph.D. in Economics and is professor and head of the Centre for Social Demography and Economic Sociology, Institute for Social and Political Studies, Russian Academy of Sciences. His field research concerns migration processes, ethnic communities and migration policy in the Russian Federation.
