Pi Sigma Alpha (PSA)
This is the national honor society in political science. Membership is by invitation extended to political science majors with grades that place them near the top of each graduating class.

The two organizations below are not sponsored by the Government & Sociology Department. However, many students and faculty in the department are active in these organizations.

College Democrats of America
This organization is designed to promote the political agenda and national causes of the Democratic Party. Students involved in this organization will support candidates of their party and participate in rallies.

College Republicans
This organization is designed to promote the political agenda and national causes of the Republican Party. Students involved in this organization will support candidates of their party and participate in rallies.
