Faculty News: Professor publishes two chapters and an article

Charles Ubah, Ph.D., Professor of Criminal Justice in the Department of Government & Sociology, recently published two chapters titled "Organized Crime in America: Why it is Misunderstood" and "Kidnapping for Ransom in Nigeria" (with Obi N. I. Ebbe) in Current Problems of the Penal Law and Criminology (Warsaw: Lex Publishers.) The volume is edited by Emil W. Plywaczewski.

In addition, his article "Towards Understanding Africa's International Criminal Organizations as an Emerging Industry in a Globalizing World" (with Samuel Ezeanyika) appeared in the African Journal of Criminology and Justice Studies (AJCJA.) AJCJA is the peer-reviewed, official journal of the African Criminology and Justice Association.
