Apply Online - all campuses - $35 Non-Refundable Online Application Fee Required. Students who have paid the application fee within the past 6 years or enrolled during the past 6 years at GC are eligible for a fee waiver.
For the application fee to be waived, eligible students must complete the paper application rather than the online application.

International Students
International student applications and admissions information may be found here. The International Education Center processes admissions for international student applicants. An "International Student" is defined as a non-resident alien in F-1 or J-1 student visa status.

APPLICATION PROCESS CHECKLIST
The Graduate Admissions Office looks forward to helping students with the application process. The following guidelines are provided to make the process as easy as possible. The following guidelines are provided to help make the application process a positive experience.
•Review your program of study admission requirements and expectations.
•Sign up for required testing in time for the scores to be received prior to the admission deadlines. Refer to the program of study for the testing requirements for your area of study. The institutional code for the GRE is 5252. The institutional codes for the GMAT are program specific and they are: MBA program code is 3TC-NH-78, MMIS Program code is 3TC-NH-34, and the MAAC Program code is 3TC-NH-83. The code for the MAT is 2379. College of Education students are required to pass the GACE and the on-site writing assessment. Online test preparation is available for some tests.
•Request Official transcripts be sent to the Graduate Admissions Office at least 4 weeks prior to the admission deadline. Students currently enrolled at another college or school should also request a final transcript be sent to GCSU as soon as final grades and/or degrees are posted. Although courses from a previous institution may be listed on another institution's transcript, an official transcript from each institution is required. Copies and faxes of transcripts and test scores are not considered official. International transcript evaluations done by an outside agency must come from an agency that is a member of NACES and be supported by official transcripts sent directly to Georgia College from the prior institution. For additional information on international transcript evaluations, please contact the International Education Center.
•Request letters of recommendation (if required for your program) at least 4 weeks prior to the admission deadline.

APPLICATION STATUS CHECK
Check the status of your Graduate Admissions application. Missing documents will be highlighted in the checklist area and will not have a received date. The status check will ask for your date of birth, social security number and last name.
