1. What degree programs are offered at the GCSU at Robins AFB location?
Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration, and the Master of Science in Administration/Logistics Management graduate degrees.
2. Are the GCSU at Robins AFB and the Milledgeville campus of GCSU the same institution?
Yes. Programs at the GCSU at Robins AFB location are equivalent to the programs on the Milledgeville campus.
3. Where is GCSU at Robins AFB located?
GCSU at Robins AFB is located on Robins AFB in building 905. This building is on the southeast corner of the Robins Parkway and Ninth Street intersection.
4. Do you have to be a Robins AFB Employee to take classes on base?
No. The programs are also open to non-base related, U.S. citizens. There are, however, base access restrictions that will be covered in a later question.

6. Are GCSU at Robins AFB students required to have a student ID card?
No. However, non-base related students will be issued a "base security pass" that will give them base access for the dates and times of their particular courses for a semester.

No.
8. Where do I get textbooks for classes at the GCSU at Robins AFB location?

9. How often do classes meet?
Classes generally meet one night a week. There are no classes on Fridays or weekends.
10. Does GCSU offer evening classes at the Robins AFB location?
Yes. Almost all GCSU at Robins AFB classes are offered Monday through Thursday beginning at 5:30 p.m.
11. Is there a computer lab for students to use?
Yes. It is located on the second floor of our building in room 247. It is open Monday - Wednesday from 4:45 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. and Thursday from 4:45 p.m. - 9 p.m. during the nights that classes are in session.
12. Can GCSU at Robins AFB students use base facilities such as wellness center?
No. Non-base related students are only authorized to come directly to our facility for their classes. They are not allowed to use any other base facilities.

14. Where do I find the classes at GCSU at Robins AFB?
All of the GCSU at Robins AFB classes are located in building 905, at the southeast corner of Robins Parkway and Ninth Street. The specific classroom locations are posted on several bulletin boards within the building.

Yes. You can contact us at (478) 327-7376 or drop in at our building 905 office location to receive admissions application advice and assistance. We will subsequently send all admissions application paperwork to the Admissions office on the main campus for processing. 18. How can I pay for classes at the GCSU at Robins AFB location office?
Students have four options for paying fees:

20. What are the office hours for the Milledgeville Campus?
Most offices are open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, on the day of late registration, service offices are open until 6 p.m.

22. How do I request a catalog?

Your ID number is your SSN or your GCID # without hyphens, and your default PIN number is your birthday: mmddyy (six digits without hyphens)
25. Where can I find the schedule of classes?
Go to the PAWS Web site, click "CLICK HERE TO GET TO PAWS" (top of page), and then click on "Class Schedule."
26. When does the semester begin/end?
Go to the University Academic Calendar on the Office of the Registrar's Web page and select the specific term you wish to enter.
27. When are final exams?
At the GCSU at Robins AFB location, final exams are normally given on the last night of class for any given semester.
28. When is registration?
Go to the University Academic Calendar on the Office of the Registrar's Web page and select the desired term to find information for registration and late registration. Current term registration may also be found on the PAWS Web page.
29. What is the deadline for admissions for a particular semester?

31. When will grades be posted?
Grades are normally due from faculty within a few days after the last exam excluding weekends and holidays. As the instructors post their grades to the web, the grades are accessible to students by viewing their GCSU Tranguide on the PAWS Web site. GPA and standing are normally available within 48 hours of the grade due date when grade processing is complete. To get a copy of the semester grade with the GPA and standing, access Final Grades once grade processing is complete.
