Graduate and Professional School Recruiter...
As the preeminent undergraduate research conference in the Southeast, your presence at GURC October 27 & 28, 2017 will give you access to the best and brightest student researchers ready to join your graduate programs. Over 150 students attended GURC last year and we expect that number to grow significantly in 2017. The displays for your school will be in the highest traffic areas for this conference, providing you with a prime opportunity to engage with the researchers and their faculty mentors.
Registration Costs: $100 per table ($75 for each additional table from the same institution, $50/additional recruiter)
Registration for the event is required in advance with names of each recruiter attending from your school. The set-up includes one six-foot table and one chair. Please provide your own tablecloths. We do not provide extension cords, surge protectors, or other equipment. Registration includes access to the student reception and lunch for one recruiter.
Registration and payment must be received no later than October 20, 2017; however, we encourage you to register early, as spaces are limited. We accept major credit cards or can provide an invoice for your university to pay by check.
Once registration is complete, you will receive check-in information, campus maps, parking instructions, and permits. Check-in for the fair opens at 4 p.m. on Friday, October 27.
