Many writers, educators, and others have extolled the benefits of traveling and studying abroad over the years. Now, more than ever before, study abroad is an essential ingredient of a liberal arts education.                       

We strongly encourage our Honors students to explore opportunities for traditional study abroad, overseas language training, semester-long exchange programs, international internships, and international service and service-learning.

Georgia College's International Education Center has an extensive library of study abroad materials and a team of study abroad advisors to help students find the right international education experience.
