L Christenson

Larry C. Christenson, Executive Director of University Housing
Dr. Christenson leads the University Housing staff, providing direction and coordination for the department. He represents the department across campus and oversees facility management.
M Craddock

Mark Craddock, Associate Director of Operations
Mr. Craddock is responsible for all contract and billing issues, room assignments and oversight of occupancy management. He provides supervision to the Housing Coordinator and assists parents and students with account questions.
L Burns

Lori Burns, Associate Director for Student Development
As the Associate Director for Student Development, Ms. Burns coordinates the department's student development efforts and supervises the Area Coordinator staff.

Mr. Terry manages the department's advertising and marketing messages to potential students and parents, current students and the university community.

The Village
Mr. Brigner oversees the daily administration and operations of The Village Apartments. He maintains daily contact with students and staff to ensure the community is a well maintained and safe environment. He supervises the community director staff working at The Village.

Mr. Blanch oversees the daily administration and operations of three Central Campus residence halls; Parkhurst, Foundation and Wells. He maintains daily contact with students and staff to ensure the community is a well maintained and safe environment. He supervises the community director staff working in the residence halls.

Desaree Murden, Area Coordinator
Foundation, Parkhurst and Wells
Ms. Murden oversees the daily administration and operations of three Central Campus residence halls; Parkhurst, Foundation and Wells. She maintains daily contact with students and staff to ensure the community is a well maintained and safe environment. She supervises the community director staff working in the residence halls.
B McCauley

Beth McCauley, Facilities Coordinator
Mrs. McCauley oversees the operations of The Village Apartments Office and directly supervises the office assistants. She coordinates maintenance response, semesterly turnover and assists in the coordination of replacement of furnishings, fixtures and equipment.
S Smith

Stacy Smith, Housing Coordinator
Mrs. Smith manages the day-to-day administrative aspects of the department, processes all room-and-board contracts, handles delinquent accounts, maintains student files, and coordinates room assignments. She also serves as the contact person for questions regarding contract policies.
A Jones

Anita Jones, Administrative Assistant
Mrs. Jones serves as the primary greeter to University Housing visitors. She oversees student assistants, processes housing applications, and deposits. She also maintains the calendars for the director, associate directors and area coordinators.
B Egnor

Bobby Egnor, Zone 3 Maintenance Superintendent
Mr. Egnor manages the maintenance projects and crews for Zone 3, including the The Village at West Campus Apartments. Mr. Egnor reports to Plant Services and works closely with University Housing to provide excellent facilities for our residents.

Chadwick Wilson, Zone 2 Maintenance Superintendent
Mr. Wilson manages the maintenance projects and crews for Zone 2, including the Central Campus residence halls. Mr. Wilson reports to Plant Services and works closely with University Housing to provide excellent facilities for our residents.
