Overview
Located on Greene Street on Central Campus, re-opened after a complete renovation in August 2004. This historic residence hall houses a variety of suite-style room types which gives Sanford a special feel. This hall has two floors for students and a kitchen and laundry room on the terrace level. Each floor has a computer room and study room along with a multi-purpose room, classroom, and formal lounge on the first floor. The suite-style restrooms feature separate areas for sink, shower and toilet. On the terrace level, Sanford also houses the University Housing office.
