Spring Opening 2012
New Student Check In
New students may check into the residence halls or The Village Apartments Jan. 8 from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. or Jan. 9 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please bring a photo ID to your residence hall's office or The Village office. New Student Orientation occurs on Thursday, Jan. 5. Contact University Housing for early move-in information.
Residence Hall Spring Check In (Returning Students)
The residence hall will re-open for spring 2012 on Sunday, Jan. 8 at 1 p.m. Returning students may return to the building anytime after the halls open, however staff will be available during the check-in times listed to the right.
The Village Spring Check In (Returning Students)
All returning students will need to have their Bobcat Card re-activated for the spring semester. Village residents may check in early starting Dec. 12 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at The Village Office.
Special Notes
If you determine after Dec. 9 that you are not returning as a student for the spring semester, please notify the University Housing office by Dec. 20 to arrange a time to check out of your room.
If you will not be checking in by Monday, Jan. 9, you must notify the University Housing office by 4 p.m. on Jan. 6 to make alternative arrangements.
