Dependent Life Insurance
Dependent life insurance is equal to $10,000 for your spouse and each of your children between the ages of 6 months and 19 years, or up to age 26 if they are unmarried, full-time students. Children at least 2 weeks old, but less than six months may be insured for $2,000. The employee pays a monthly premium of $4.70 to cover all dependents.
