Flexible Benefits Program
The Flexible Benefits Program (Premium Conversion) is for employees participating under the University's benefits plans as authorized by Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code. By choosing to participate in this program, an employee can elect to have the University purchase insurance plans with money that would have been paid to the employee in gross salary. Payment of taxes on these premiums may thus be avoided.
