Group Health Benefits Plan
The health benefit plans provide an advanced degree of protection by helping you meet your medical expenses. You and each dependent are protected for up to $2,000,000 in benefits over your lifetime. The Preferred Provider Options (PPO and PPO Consumer Choice), High Deductible Health (HSA PPO), and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Health Plans offer major medical coverage, including diagnosis and/or treatment of illness, injury or medical conditions. Among the PPO, High Deductible Health Plan (HSA PPO) and HMO healthcare plan enhancements are a pharmacy benefit management program; a pre-certification and case management program for outpatient hospital services; and a medical education and information service for members called NurseCall. Each health benefit plan also provides behavioral health services.

Disease state management programs – Training and education services for diabetes, congestive heart failure, asthma, oncology, cardiovascular disease (CVD) with stroke overlay, and obesity/eating disorder programs.
- Smoking cessation program, TLC, The Last Cigarette – A self-help program on smoking cessation.
- Organ and tissue transplant program – Directs patients to network heart, liver, lung, and bone marrow transplant specialists.
