Annual Leave
Faculty and staff accrue annual leave and sick leave in proportion to the time worked (FTE) according to the following schedule. Faculty employed for nine (9) months do not accrue annual leave.
Annual Leave Hours
0-5 years of service - 10 hours of annual leave
5-10 years of service - 12 hours of annual leave
10+ years of service - 14 hours of annual leave
Each employee's annual record is adjusted each December 31 to show no more than 45 days annual leave. There is no limitation on sick leave accrual.
