Our Services..
The Office of Human Resources is responsible for developing compensation programs, polices, and approaches that meet the unique needs of our staff as they attract, retain, motivate, develop, classify and organize their diverse workforces. We assists with requests from campus departments regarding establishment of new staff positions, reclassification of existing positions when duties have changed, and recommendation on appropriate compensation ranges.
Our office maintains the University's listing of current staff position titles and the pay grade assignment for each title. The office is available to consult with campus units on strategic job design and staffing issues.
