Responsible for managing and overseeing HR functional areas of Performance Management and HR Communications. Serves as the CHRO in the absence of the CHRO.

Serves as the records custodian for all HR functions. First point of contact for phone and walk-in questions regarding new hire, personnel changes, and employee separation processing for the following employment categories:
