Instructions for B.S. in Health Education: Exercise Science Application
This is an application to the B.S. in Health Education: Exercise Science program within the Department of Kinesiology. You must also apply and be accepted to Georgia College & State University before applying to a major. Applications to the University are available from the Admissions Office (478) 445-1283 or online.
Note:
- Acceptance to the University does not guarantee acceptance into the B.S. in Health Education: Exercise Science Program.
- Completion of the B.S. in Health Education: Exercise Science degree may require students to enroll in summer courses to complete degree requirements in 4 academic years.
- Completed Application Form. (Application Due Date: February 1).
The application must be submitted electronically.
- Please note that a 1000 word essay must be submitted with the application. There is space within the application for the essay. The essay question is: "Please write a 1000 word essay explaining why you would like to be admitted to this Exercise Science program."

Please complete all parts of the application carefully, completely, and accurately. Be sure to answer every question. The application MUST be submitted electronically by February 1.
