Interlibrary Loan

InterLibrary loan or resource sharing is the process through which one library requests material from, or supplies material to, another library.

Eligible Georgia College library patrons may borrow books, DVDs, sound recordings, microfilms, or receive photocopies or electronic PDFs of articles in magazines that are owned by another library.

InterLibrary Loan enables library staffs to search large numbers of libraries at once, borrow or lend to libraries from several miles to thousands of miles away, expanding access to other local, state, national and international libraries.

Before using Georgia College's ILLiad:

  1. Search Georgia College Catalog
  2. Search Universal Catalog
  3. Search Journal Locator
