Jay joined the I.D.E.A.S. team as an Instructional Technology Support Specialist in July 2006. Previously, he worked as Project Lead on the implementation of the Digital Measures program for the J. Whitney Bunting School of Business at GC. Jay holds a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from GC.
 
He is responsible for developing training materials as well as delivering face-to-face training to faculty and staff on technology initiatives such as Vista. Jay also manages the GC mail list server and Rumpus FTP server.
