Repair Service (Student Serve)

What are we?

• A free computer repair service! - Paid for by your Student Technology Fee
• Where students serve students - Trained student workers perform all repairs under the supervision of certified staff

What do we do?

• Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware - We'll make it work or recommend solutions to correct the issue
• Install hardware and software - Bring us licensed software or parts and we'll install them for you
• Provide guidance on warranty repairs - Not sure what to do if it's still under warranty? We'll help you figure it out!
• Help you connect to campus WiFi
• Remove viruses and other malware
• Tune-up your system and make it hum!

Where do we do it?

• Instructional Technology Center (ITC) Room 122 

What we are not...

• A store - you can't buy anything here
• A warranty repair center - we don't do warranty repairs (yet), but we'll help you get them done
• A fee-based service - everything we do for you, we do for free!
