Web Enabled Resources
The mission of Web Enabled Resources is to assist in the alignment of instructional technologies with the educational goals of Georgia College & State University, Georgia's Public Liberal Arts University. Web Enabled Resources persues this mission through content and systems development, training, researching emerging technologies and deploying customized services and facilities.
Toward that end, Web Enabled Resources is engaged in the following categories of activity:
- Institutional Administration of the GeorgiaVIEW Vista Service
- Development and Delivery of GeorgiaVIEW Vista Vista Training
- Assisting in the Development of Learning Materials Requiring Advanced Techniques and Equipment
- Assisting in the Development of Advanced Applications of the GeorgiaVIEW Vista Vista Platform
- Development and Maintenance of Server-Based Applications for Academic Support
- Assisting with Grant, Contract and Special Initiative Projects
- Assisting with USG Initiatives such as the USG Podcasting Service
- Research and Development of Emerging Technologies
- Providing Consultative Services to Faculty and Others
