Grading
Teacher candidates receive a grade of either S (satisfactory) or U (unsatisfactory) for the student teaching experience. The grade is a compilation of successful teaching experiences as observed by the host teacher and university supervisor and the portfolio. The university supervisor will observe the teacher candidate from 4 to 6 times during the semester. All visits will be announced. The final grade is the responsibility of the university supervising teacher with input from the host teacher.
