Dr. Lev Ryabinin

lev photoDr. Lev Ryabinin graduated with distinction as a pianist from the Kharkov Institute of Arts, Ukraine in 1999.  He continued his education at the S. Rubin  Academy of Music in Tel-Aviv University, then Roosevelt University in Chicago, and earned his DMA from the University of Iowa, where he held a three year teaching assistantship. He has worked as an accompanist and a Collaborative Pianist in Chicago, Austin, Interlochen Center for the Arts in Michigan, and in Iowa. Dr. Ryabinin performed in recitals and competitions in Ukraine, Israel, Spain and the United States. He is currently the Staff Accompanist and a piano instructor at the Georgia College and State University. Dr. Ryabinin enjoys collaboration with the students, faculty members, guest artists, choral and instrumental ensembles, and also the Georgia College Theatre Department.
