Spring 2011 Concert
The GC Orchestra is a string ensemble comprised of GC students (music majors and non-music majors), faculty, and community members. The purpose of the ensemble is to improve skill and to cover a variety of repertoire fostering students' musical development.
The ensemble rehearses twice a week and performs several concerts each semester. This course can be used as a required ensemble for music majors who perform on an orchestral string instrument (violin, viola, celli, string bass.) This course can also be used as an elective for all university students.
